Senior Technical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provides high-level support for Commercial and Industrial Water Treatment systems.

• Addresses intricate technical challenges while assisting customers, partners, and service contractors.

• Delivers prompt solutions by interpreting technical documentation and managing service requirements.

• Offers after-hours on-call technical support on a rotating schedule.

• Takes on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in the water treatment sector.

• 3-5 years of experience in water treatment and/or mechanical field, along with relevant education and training.

• Experience in field service coordination or project management is advantageous.

• Knowledge of and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, safety practices, and procedures.
