This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Provides high-level support for Commercial and Industrial Water Treatment systems.
β’ Addresses intricate technical challenges while assisting customers, partners, and service contractors.
β’ Delivers prompt solutions by interpreting technical documentation and managing service requirements.
β’ Offers after-hours on-call technical support on a rotating schedule.
β’ Takes on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related discipline.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in the water treatment sector.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in water treatment and/or mechanical field, along with relevant education and training.
β’ Experience in field service coordination or project management is advantageous.
β’ Knowledge of and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, safety practices, and procedures.
