Senior Technical Requirements Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Assist in the development and upkeep of a clear technical roadmap that aligns with business objectives.

• Aid in the management and prioritization of the product backlog to ensure timely delivery.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and architecture teams to guarantee that requirements are both feasible and clearly defined.

• Participate in Agile meetings, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

• Spot opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Assist in release planning and validation activities to ensure high-quality delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical, product, business analyst, or requirements-oriented role.

• Demonstrated experience in translating business needs into technical requirements.

• Familiarity with software development practices and Agile methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
