This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accelerate the recruitment process by effectively sourcing, tracking, and managing a large pool of candidates while ensuring open communication with stakeholders.
• Foster deep trust and collaboration with business leaders to influence talent strategy while delivering on hiring objectives.
• Cultivate strong relationships through consistency and a reliable operating rhythm in collaboration with cross-functional teams to support company growth.
• Immerse yourself in the business and your teams to grasp the product positioning, market fit, technical roadmap, and team culture.
• Acquire a solid understanding of the mission, learning to effectively present the team and opportunities, ultimately securing outstanding technical talent for the organization.
• Monitor and analyze pipeline and performance metrics to identify opportunities and transform that data into a narrative that drives momentum.
• Develop recruiting strategies that align with the company’s long-term growth objectives, implementing best practices for referrals and process enhancements as needed.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in prospecting methods and tools utilized for information gathering, data extraction, web scraping, continuous improvement, process automation, and candidate management.
• Conduct interviews with potential candidates, showcasing the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through a high interview-to-offer conversion rate.
• Engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean searches, referrals, and SOBO campaigns.
• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey with proactive communication and engagement.
• 5-8+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience, demonstrating the capability to manage complex roles and mentor junior team members.
• Proven experience in hiring candidates across various aspects of robotics (computer vision, perception, motion planning, localization, mapping, etc.).
• At least 4 years of experience in client interactions, including collaboration with Hiring Managers and Directors, gathering new requirements, reviewing profiles, and updating pipeline status.
• Experience providing consultative guidance that has resulted in improved outcomes and a positive candidate experience, earning the respect of peers and clients.
• Strong grasp of the technical skills and experiences necessary for Engineering roles within the organization.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with candidates to understand their motivations, drivers, and fit within the company.
• Experience managing multiple candidate funnels and tracking their progress throughout the recruitment process.
• Proficient understanding of applicant tracking systems and HRIS software.
• Familiarity with interview techniques and candidate screening methods.
• Knowledgeable about a diverse range of sourcing channels.
