This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead and manage NVIDIA's software left-shift initiative.
• Collaborate with architecture, modeling, and software teams to identify and address dependency challenges.
• Establish program framework, milestones, and success metrics for pre-silicon software readiness.
• Conduct program reviews at the executive level.
• Create feedback mechanisms between software insights on models and the architecture and modeling teams.
• Ensure alignment across hardware and software teams regarding new chip functionalities.
• Convert intricate technical dependencies into organized plans.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Over 8 years of experience in technical program management within the semiconductor or computing sectors.
• Proven experience overseeing programs at the intersection of hardware and software.
• Familiarity with pre-silicon environments.
• History of successfully guiding complex, multi-organizational programs from uncertainty to execution within large engineering teams.
• Excellent executive-level communication abilities.
