Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional initiatives involving product management, engineering, and support teams.

• Lead comprehensive customer proof of concept (POC) program management, ensuring alignment with product management, engineering, support, and account teams.

• Develop and manage cohesive schedules, working backward from product launch and delivery deadlines.

• Foster accountability among teams, guaranteeing that commitments, dependencies, and deliverables are fulfilled.

• Proactively identify risks, technical dependencies, and resource limitations, while driving the implementation of mitigation strategies.

• Ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and trade-offs among product and engineering leadership.

• Deliver clear and concise program status updates through dashboards and executive-level summaries.

• Continuously enhance program management processes, tools, and operational effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in program management, technical program management, or similar leadership positions.

• Proven track record of collaboration with product management and engineering teams on intricate product development projects.

• Strong grasp of software engineering practices, development life cycles, and system delivery processes.

• Demonstrated capability to manage extensive, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies.

• Proficiency in schedule management, risk management, and enforcing execution discipline.

• Familiarity with program and project tracking tools like Jira and similar platforms.

• Outstanding communication abilities, with a talent for influencing and aligning senior technical and business stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
