This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee cross-functional initiatives involving product management, engineering, and support teams.
β’ Lead comprehensive customer proof of concept (POC) program management, ensuring alignment with product management, engineering, support, and account teams.
β’ Develop and manage cohesive schedules, working backward from product launch and delivery deadlines.
β’ Foster accountability among teams, guaranteeing that commitments, dependencies, and deliverables are fulfilled.
β’ Proactively identify risks, technical dependencies, and resource limitations, while driving the implementation of mitigation strategies.
β’ Ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and trade-offs among product and engineering leadership.
β’ Deliver clear and concise program status updates through dashboards and executive-level summaries.
β’ Continuously enhance program management processes, tools, and operational effectiveness.
β’ A minimum of 12 years of experience in program management, technical program management, or similar leadership positions.
β’ Proven track record of collaboration with product management and engineering teams on intricate product development projects.
β’ Strong grasp of software engineering practices, development life cycles, and system delivery processes.
β’ Demonstrated capability to manage extensive, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
β’ Proficiency in schedule management, risk management, and enforcing execution discipline.
β’ Familiarity with program and project tracking tools like Jira and similar platforms.
β’ Outstanding communication abilities, with a talent for influencing and aligning senior technical and business stakeholders.
