This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
β’ Create technical enablement materials, including presentations, solution guides, white papers, workshops, labs, and training resources.
β’ Design, develop, and manage product demonstrations that highlight customer challenges, technical capabilities, and business outcomes.
β’ Assist field sales, systems engineering, and channel teams by offering technical expertise and producing customer-facing content.
β’ Present at customer meetings, internal enablement sessions, partner events, and industry conferences.
β’ Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and regional field organizations to facilitate product launches and support strategic initiatives.
β’ Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in data center networking, automation, AI, and cloud infrastructure.
β’ Convert complex technical ideas into straightforward, engaging messages for both technical and executive audiences.
β’ Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in Technical Marketing Engineering, Systems Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical position.
β’ Strong understanding of contemporary data center networking technologies, including IP Fabrics, Spine-Leaf Architectures, BGP, and EVPN/VXLAN.
β’ Practical experience with network automation utilizing APIs, Python, Ansible, Terraform, or comparable automation frameworks.
β’ Experience in presenting intricate technical solutions to customers, partners, or field organizations.
β’ Demonstrated ability to create engaging product demonstrations that effectively communicate customer value and business outcomes.
β’ Experience in Content Development & Communication, producing high-quality technical documentation, including presentations, white papers, training materials, solution guides, and technical documentation.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong presentation abilities with experience in delivering technical content at customer meetings, conferences, workshops, or internal events.
β’ Capacity to develop compelling technical narratives that clearly convey customer challenges, solutions, and business value.
β’ Experience in Sales & Field Enablement, supporting enterprise sales organizations through technical enablement, customer presentations, solution development, or RFP responses.
β’ Understanding of enterprise technology sales cycles and customer purchasing processes.
β’ Ability to effectively prioritize multiple field requests while balancing strategic initiatives and business objectives.
