Senior Technical Consultant – ITOM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, architect, develop, and implement solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

• Oversee project teams in the deployment of ServiceNow solutions.

• Manage complex programs that involve multiple resources.

• Direct the architecture and design of intricate solutions.

• Produce written documentation and deliverables.

• Facilitate client demonstrations, collaborative sessions, integration design meetings, and workshops.

• Act as an escalation contact for the project team.

• Persuade internal teams, external clients, and senior management to embrace new ideas and strategies.

• Acquire and retain certifications, including expert-level credentials.

• Identify and communicate potential opportunities.

• Engage in the pre-sales process as a technical specialist.

• Provide thought leadership to AHEAD and its clientele.

• Interact with external customers regarding matters that require clarification, interpretation, or guidance.

• Produce marketing thought leadership content.

• Develop innovative solutions for complex client projects.

• Achieve consensus with customers on sophisticated solutions.

• Mentor team members and ensure that development efforts are documented and delivered with high quality.

• Lead scoping, planning, and methodologies for essential projects.

• Contribute to the development of future concepts, products, and technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in the ServiceNow platform, with a preference for ITOM.

• Advanced knowledge in at least two ServiceNow process areas.

• Proficient ServiceNow development capabilities.

• Acknowledged expertise within the organization.

• Extensive knowledge across multiple technologies.

• Capability to articulate the trade-offs between different architectural approaches.

• Strong skills in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.

• Excellent presentation, communication, project-awareness, and situational-awareness abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Self-motivated individual.

• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.

• Ability to obtain and maintain relevant certifications and qualifications.
