• Assist customers throughout the process of design, development, testing, deployment, training, and post-deployment optimization to guarantee seamless delivery and long-term adoption.
• Develop, advise on, test, and resolve issues related to customer integrations, which include: Mobile SDK integrations, Desktop and mobile web fingerprinting, and RESTful API integration.
• Provide guidance to mobile and web application developers, fraud managers, and business leaders on implementation strategies and industry best practices while helping to operationalize insights derived from LNRS solutions.
• Engage in communication and presentations with internal and customer business stakeholders.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
• At least 5 years of total professional experience; 7+ years preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years, preferably 5+ years, in application development, ideally with experience in mobile app development.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing position, such as solutions engineering, technical consulting, or technical project management.
• Demonstrated success in delivering technology integration projects, ideally in areas such as fraud, payments, or security.
• Comfortable and adept at fulfilling various consulting roles, including: Serving as the technical lead alongside a project manager and leading other consultants on customer-facing projects as the project manager.
• Strong comprehension of internet technologies (HTTP, TCP, SSL, DOM).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to review and grasp technical concepts, including: HTML, JavaScript, Single Page Applications (Angular, React, etc.), Browser Developer Tools, and SDKs and their applications in mobile apps.
