• Lead the technical execution for intricate enterprise projects.

• Identify and address technical obstacles throughout all stages of migration.

• Reverse-engineer current configurations, workflows, automations, and integrations.

• Create custom tools, scripts, and integrations when vendor-supported solutions are inadequate.

• Develop and manage scripts using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar programming languages.

• Ensure data integrity and migration accuracy through SQL validation.

• Take ownership of technical solutions and execution on Atlassian projects.

• Convert technical decisions, risks, and tradeoffs into actionable guidance for stakeholders.

• Significant hands-on technical expertise in enterprise settings.

• Proven experience in client-facing consulting roles.

• Proficiency in Linux and Windows system administration — managing permissions, services, startup processes, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with SSH and remote infrastructure management in hybrid or cloud environments.

• Knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs — building, consuming, and debugging integrations.

• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages — writing functional code, not just modifying examples.

• SQL expertise — ensuring data integrity throughout migrations.

• Ability to convey technical decisions and tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field — or equivalent practical experience.
