This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Develop and configure assets for various projects.
• Enhance project content to fulfill quality and performance standards.
• Maintain and provide support for existing projects as required.
• Generate master materials using Unreal Engine.
• Execute, modify, and fine-tune materials within Unreal Engine.
• Offer project assistance based on team and production requirements.
• Engage in daily communication with the Art Director, Producer, and Lead Artist.
• Assist the Technical Art team across multiple projects.
• Work closely with the Lead Artist to attain the desired visual quality.
• Profound knowledge of Unreal Engine 5.
• Strong comprehension of the PBR workflow.
• Practical experience with Unreal Engine 5.x, including various shader creation techniques (both node-based and HLSL).
• Basic familiarity with any industry-standard 3D software.
• Insight into rendering pipelines.
• Exceptional communication and knowledge-sharing abilities, capable of thriving in multicultural settings.
• Competence in processing feedback, identifying key insights, and applying them effectively.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
• It would be advantageous to have:
• Experience utilizing Unreal Engine for mobile platforms.
• A solid grasp of contemporary game industry standards as an enthusiastic player.
• Technical knowledge of shader optimization processes in Unreal Engine 5.x.
• Capability to share expertise and create documentation.
• Medical insurance.
