Senior Technical Architect, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive Salesforce solution architecture encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.

• Develop data models and integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Mulesoft, Platform Events, External Services) while ensuring system scalability.

• Set up governance, coding standards, and best practices for both declarative and programmatic development.

• Assess and provide guidance on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex implementations, along with conducting code reviews.

• Oversee integration with external systems such as ERP, Azure/AWS, and legacy platforms.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to convert business requirements into scalable architecture and mentor developers, admins, and junior architects.

• Keep abreast of Salesforce releases and features to ensure that solutions utilize the latest capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 12 years of engineering experience.

• At least 7 years in a Technical Architect role on Salesforce/MuleSoft.

• Salesforce Certified System Architect.

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

• Salesforce AI Specialist certification is mandatory.

• Preferred experience in specific industries such as healthcare or finance for enterprise implementations.

• Proficient in SAML/OIDC PIV/CAC identity implementation.

• Demonstrated expertise in LDV strategies for millions of citizen records.

• Familiarity with Agentforce/Data Cloud intelligence.
