Salesforce Solution Architect – Data 360

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the lead Data 360 Solution Architect.

• Develop enterprise-level data models, ingestion pipelines, and activation strategies.

• Guide and mentor a technical delivery team consisting of two Technical Architects.

• Collaborate closely with the overall Technical Architect Lead and Project Manager.

• Offer direct technical direction.

• Resolve intricate configuration issues.

• Validate designs for Data Cloud.

• Work in partnership with business stakeholders, program leaders, and cross-functional technology teams.

• Ensure compliance with business requirements and banking standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Data 360 and Salesforce Data Cloud, covering data ingestion, harmonization, calculated insights, identity resolution, and activation.

• Demonstrated success in a Solution Architect Lead position, steering technical teams through intricate implementations.

• Strong competencies in enterprise data architecture.

• Familiarity with API integrations.

• Knowledge of lead management platforms.

• Experience in Financial Services or Banking sectors is highly desirable.

• Relevant certifications are required for this position.

• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
