This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Acting as the primary technical resource, aiding the customer in achieving optimal platform configuration and developing use case strategies to maximize value.
• Compiling technical challenges and partnering with Guardicore's services and support teams to ensure swift resolution.
• Creating a comprehensive overview and success plan of a customer's environment, workflows, and deployment specifics.
• Serving as the internal advocate and representative of the customer, coordinating with product, support, services, and other teams to ensure long-term success.
• Upholding operational excellence while managing key performance indicators such as Net and Gross Retention, NPS, and Customer Health.
• Collaborating remotely with our customers, with the flexibility to travel on-site as needed.
• Possess over 7 years of pertinent experience in Enterprise Networking, CyberSecurity, or DevOps within a customer-facing capacity.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, and foundational cybersecurity concepts.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting and deployment capabilities in Windows and Linux environments, along with experience in developing solutions using basic scripting and APIs (e.g., Python, REST).
• Have a proven track record of fostering productive relationships with various organizational levels, from CISOs to Engineers.
• Showcase effective communication and presentation skills, coupled with enthusiasm for learning, business communication, and adopting new technologies.
• Hold certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CEH, CCIE Security or any of the following from GIAC (GCIA, GCIH, GCED, GMON).
