This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide expert guidance to customers on deployment, operational best practices, and assist in establishing a Wiz Center of Excellence. Act as the primary contact for technical queries or escalations, working closely with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams. Participate in workshops designed to help customers maximize the value of the Wiz platform.
• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships and establish a consistent communication schedule with customer stakeholders, ranging from practitioners to C-level executives, with a focus on enhancing adoption, ensuring retention, and promoting satisfaction.
• Assist customers in developing Success Plans that outline key goals and performance indicators, providing guidance on achieving these objectives. Track customers’ progress against these key performance indicators and report findings internally and externally.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with Engineering and Support teams to address technical escalations swiftly and effectively.
• Advocate for customer needs across various departments (such as product management and support). Provide insights into the availability of new features in Wiz and effectively manage account escalations.
• Collaborate with the Wiz Sales and Renewal teams to facilitate contract renewals. Help identify opportunities for expanding the use of Wiz within the customer's organization.
• Stay current with functional and technical knowledge of the Wiz platform. Continuously monitor news related to emerging cloud security threats and enhance your understanding of the Wiz ecosystem (including Cloud Service Providers and Technology partners).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, such as Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or Customer Success Engineer.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with preferred CSP-level certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer).
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and the associated security considerations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, driving customer success, and surpassing performance targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
