Senior Technical Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the regional technical expert for refrigerants and HVACR applications, focusing on Commercial Refrigeration.

• Assist supermarkets and their contractors in selecting and implementing LGWP alternatives within their refrigeration systems.

• Offer technical support for OEM projects including chillers, supermarkets, data centers, heat pumps, and industrial systems.

• Evaluate end user requirements to aid in specifying Solstice Technologies in collaboration with the Commercial team.

• Conduct joint technical and commercial visits alongside the Sales team.

• Execute calculations, simulations, and other essential technical support tasks for end users and the Commercial team.

• Keep track of environmental regulations, energy efficiency, decarbonization trends, and competitive activities in the industry.

• Assist in strategic decisions regarding portfolio and go-to-market initiatives.

• Represent the company at technical forums hosted by HVACR associations.

• Maintain a shared agenda and aid in the development of opportunities.

• Align global trends, the technology roadmap, and the needs of the LATAM market.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical support, ideally within the commercial refrigeration sector.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with the Mexican HVACR market and its customer landscape.

• Demonstrated capability to perform technical tasks for large accounts.

• Experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.

• Background in multinational companies and experience in cross-cultural environments.

• Experience with HVACR and OEM projects.

• Knowledge of HFOs and LGWP refrigerants.

• Understanding of natural refrigerants (NH3, CO2, hydrocarbons) is a significant advantage.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
