This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Cultivate and sustain comprehensive knowledge of DigitalOcean's product offerings.
• Facilitate routine technical consultation sessions and workshops.
• Oversee and nurture key accounts to enhance engagement and foster growth.
• Serve as the representative voice of the customer within DigitalOcean.
• Create tools and scripts to optimize engagement processes.
• Demonstrated experience in cloud infrastructure.
• Extensive understanding of Linux, distributed systems, and automation techniques.
• Experience in programming or development with Python or Go.
• Knowledge of tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Docker.
• Proficient in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git) and SQL.
• Strong analytical abilities to track and interpret customer trends.
