This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Deliver product support, escalate, and resolve technical issues.
• Design machine learning and rule-based solutions to address customers’ fraud challenges.
• Facilitate in-depth discussions during solution deployment in late-stage pre-sales meetings.
• Comprehend client use cases and outline strategies to meet success criteria.
• Oversee the integration and product implementation process for clients.
• Organize and conduct business reviews and presentations for clients.
• Influence the product roadmap by relaying client feedback to internal teams.
• Represent the company as a technical ambassador at meetups, events, and conferences.
• Must be an EU citizen residing in Ireland.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in banking, payment, social, or e-commerce sectors, particularly in customer-facing technical roles such as technical account manager or solution consultant.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong project and time management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Experience in fraud detection and risk management is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with coding and database technologies (e.g., Python, Java, SQL) is a plus.
• Compensation: Annual salary range of EUR 60,000 - 90,000, based on experience.
