This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Serve as a trusted and strategic advisor for clients, overseeing the complete Customer Success lifecycle from onboarding through to expansion.
β’ Become the go-to Cribl expert as clients develop their data pipelines.
β’ Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership.
β’ Promote the adoption and growth of existing use cases.
β’ Stay attuned to the needs and status of your customers.
β’ Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across various functions.
β’ Continuously inspire, mentor, and guide team members.
β’ This role may involve standby, on-call, or off-hours responsibilities.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in a related role with a focus on customer advocacy and engagement in post-sales.
β’ A customer-first approach accompanied by excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
β’ Demonstrated success and experience working with large, complex enterprises.
β’ Familiarity with Observability, Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security.
β’ Proven capability to enhance product value by developing new use cases.
β’ Quick learner with strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Willingness to travel as necessary (up to 25%).
β’ Must reside in Germany.
