• Establish and clearly communicate the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for essential product areas within the customer care platform.
• Act as the main product owner, working closely with business leaders, Customer Excellence, and Engineering teams to prioritize features and address technical debt.
• Perform comprehensive analysis of user needs, business requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape to guide product decisions and uncover new opportunities.
• Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration, operating within an agile framework.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies, release communications, and internal training to promote successful product adoption.
• Establish and uphold the platform's configuration standards and usage policies, ensuring scalability and consistency across the Sprinklr environment.
• Define, track, and analyze key product success metrics to assess impact and guide future prioritization.
• Collaborate with the Engineering and Architecture teams to make informed trade-offs among technical complexity, design, and time-to-market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 3+ years focused on B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise software.
• Prior experience with Sprinklr or a comparable enterprise CX/CRM platform is highly desirable.
• Experience in defining product development for customer care or contact center technologies is advantageous.
• Proven track record of developing and executing a compelling product strategy and roadmap.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively across technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• Strategic Thinking: Capacity to synthesize complex business goals into clear product deliverables.
