This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Lead, guide, and nurture a team of Campaign Operations experts, setting clear ownership, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Drive operational excellence through the implementation of standardized processes, thorough documentation, effective workload management, and the development of service level agreements (SLAs).
• Utilize systems thinking to pinpoint root causes of operational inefficiencies and redesign workflows for scalability and consistency.
• Oversee the complete execution of integrated marketing campaigns encompassing email, webinars, lifecycle initiatives, and digital programs.
• Ensure the precise, timely, and high-quality delivery of campaigns across various platforms, including Marketo, Iterable, Segment, and BigMarker.
• Supervise the intake, creation, quality assurance, launch, and post-launch processes to guarantee operational reliability and consistency.
• Design and refine a scalable campaign operations infrastructure, which includes workflows, templates, and governance models.
• Establish and uphold quality assurance standards, SLAs, and best practices to enhance execution quality and operational efficiency.
• Propel automation across campaign workflows and utilize AI capabilities to minimize manual efforts, accelerate launch times, and improve personalization at scale.
• Manage campaign intake and prioritization amidst competing stakeholder requests.
• Collaborate with marketers to convert marketing strategies into actionable plans.
• Ensure alignment on target audiences, timelines, dependencies, and performance expectations across all campaigns.
• Over 10 years of experience in Marketing Operations.
• More than 2 years of experience in people management, leading high-performing operational teams.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo is essential.
• Experience managing webinar and event technologies such as Zoom, BigMarker, and Goldcast.
• Familiarity with customer data platforms and event tracking tools like Segment.
• Strong understanding of campaign execution workflows, audience segmentation, and marketing automation best practices.
• Experience in creating scalable operational processes, documentation, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent skills in project management, communication, and stakeholder management.
• A strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of utilizing campaign and operational data to drive optimization.
