This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop comprehensive survey, listening, and assessment strategies across the organization;
• Oversee the complete survey and evaluation processes related to program administration;
• Provide standardized reports on workforce metrics;
• Create models to assess flight risk and predict employee turnover;
• Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of talent initiatives;
• Collaborate with Cloud Engineering on the GCP HR data lake;
• Convert business inquiries into suitable analytical techniques.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory;
• At least 5 years of experience in people analytics or a corporate HR/Talent data position;
• High proficiency in SQL and either Python or R;
• Familiarity with Cloud Data Platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable);
• Skilled in Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools;
• Knowledge in psychometrics, sampling design, descriptive/inferential statistics, and regression analysis;
• Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and/or NLP techniques.
