Senior Talent Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes for senior-level technical positions in software engineering, cloud technologies, DevOps, data engineering, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and platform engineering.

• Source candidates on a global scale, pinpointing exceptional technical talent across LATAM, EMEA, APAC, and other key regions to serve US enterprise clients.

• Convert intricate enterprise job descriptions into organized evaluation frameworks and quantifiable screening criteria.

• Execute thorough technical and behavioral interviews to assess architecture ownership, system design skills, communication clarity, and alignment with seniority expectations.

• Utilize AI tools to improve sourcing accuracy, refine Boolean logic, structure screening rubrics, analyze transcripts, identify risk patterns, and enhance overall productivity.

• Serve as a strategic consultant for candidates, fine-tuning resumes and positioning to meet Fortune-level hiring standards.

• Provide highly analytical candidate submissions, clearly linking technical expertise, business impact, and project ownership to client needs.

• Function effectively under performance KPIs while ensuring a high standard of candidate quality tailored for enterprise environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting technical profiles on an international scale.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting for US-based enterprise clients, preferably within Fortune 400 or Fortune 500 companies.

• Strong understanding of modern engineering stacks, including backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, DevOps methodologies, distributed systems, and data platforms.

• Capability to differentiate and assess senior engineers with true architectural ownership from mid-level contributors.

• Advanced English proficiency at C1 or C2 level, with the ability to evaluate executive-level communication abilities.

• Regular and practical use of AI tools to enhance sourcing efficiency, evaluation precision, and workflow productivity.
