This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, select, screen, interview, and assess prospective candidates for various job openings through comprehensive recruitment processes.

• Innovatively source passive candidates while establishing a talent network for both current and future roles using creative and strategic sourcing techniques.

• Partner with hiring managers to enhance recruitment strategies through proactive communication and a consultative approach.

• Utilize recruiting expertise, recruitment outcomes, and competitive market insights to shape strategies and influence key internal stakeholders regarding recruitment initiatives and programs.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders to advance Mercer Advisor’s talent strategy.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and experiences to candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Work alongside the Vice President of Talent Acquisition to establish and maintain temporary and contract agency negotiations, relationships, and scheduling when additional candidates are required for successful recruitment.

• Draft, publish, and manage engaging job postings that reflect our unique and vibrant work culture.

• Actively engage with the Vice President of Talent Acquisition to provide timely updates on recruitment placements, obstacles, and communications with managers to mitigate recruiting challenges.

• Keep accurate and current recruitment and applicant records in the company’s applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).

• Contribute to the Talent Acquisition team with best practice recruitment and retention strategies to build a top-tier workforce.

• Coach and mentor team members to foster the development of the Talent Acquisition team.

• Create and implement Talent Acquisition priorities and projects (e.g., employee referral program).


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS strongly preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in a dynamic recruiting environment, successfully managing a variety of roles across the organization; strong sourcing and networking skills are essential.

• Previous experience in the RIA industry or financial services is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with recruiting systems; experience with Greenhouse is highly valued.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment, prioritize effectively, and plan work meticulously while executing tasks purposefully.

• Timely follow-through and follow-up are essential.

• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and demonstrate extreme discretion.

• Capable of managing multiple responsibilities, demonstrating adaptability, and meeting deadlines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to address sensitive and confidential matters objectively, with a comprehensive understanding of HR requirements.

• Exhibit exceptional verbal communication skills, including building rapport and engaging in meaningful conversations both over the phone and in person.

• A professional who demonstrates sound judgment and diplomacy.

• Proven ability to function both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment; willingness to assist the team as needed.
