Senior Systems/DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Engage in effective communication and collaboration with the product development team and stakeholders.

• Establish and maintain the infrastructure for production and staging environments.

• Contribute to the support and development of GitLab CI pipelines.

• Respond to monitoring events, including periodic day and night duties.

• Enhance processes related to infrastructure setup and maintenance.

• Take part in the design of intricate IT systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a system engineer or in SRE/DevOps roles.

• Strong understanding of Linux-like operating systems, including administration and troubleshooting.

• Proficiency with configuration management systems such as Ansible, SaltStack, Terraform, or Pulumi.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Helm.

• Experience with Kafka.

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL.

• Background in configuring GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with domain management services like CloudFlare or Route53.

• Proficient in monitoring systems, such as the Prometheus stack or Zabbix.

• Possession of higher technical education.

• Proficient in English (intermediate or higher, B1+) and strong command of Russian.
