This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Assess business and customer requirements to develop application-based solutions.
• Identify and troubleshoot moderately complex system issues, escalating as necessary.
• Assist with reporting, analytics, system administration, and the functionality of business applications.
• Act as a liaison among end users, Information Technology teams, and external vendors.
• Engage in system implementations, testing, upgrades, maintenance, and process enhancement initiatives.
• Generate and maintain functional documentation, reports, and training materials.
• Lead or contribute to project teams focused on departmental and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Offer education and consultation regarding applications, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Sustain databases, reporting tools, and system documentation.
• Examine customer needs, deliver solutions or products, and develop applications, electronic forms, and reports.
• Ensure optimal operation of departmental applications in collaboration with IT or external vendors.
• Represent the assigned area in system implementation, policy, practice change, and process redesign project teams.
• Stay informed about industry and regulatory/compliance issues and educate customers accordingly.
• Potentially oversee staff and maintain system-wide accountability within the department or functional area.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline or computer science.
• 3 to 5 years of experience working with systems as a functional application super-user or providing consultative input on application usage/design.
• Strong understanding of systems support, business applications, analytics, reporting, or supply chain operations.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and/or database applications.
• Exceptional organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in system implementation and project management is preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
• Experience with the GHX procurement and ordering platform is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Databricks reporting and analytics platform is beneficial.
• Additional relevant education and/or experience is preferred.
