This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Accountable for the complete systems infrastructure, which includes engineering, implementation, integration, as well as technical services and support.
• Designs, implements, installs, maintains, and administers infrastructure components such as hardware, software, and various configurations.
• Monitors overall performance to proactively detect potential issues and make appropriate adjustments.
• Conducts root cause analysis on failed components and executes corrective actions.
• Collaborates with others to establish and enhance processes and procedures.
• May have individual responsibility for projects and take part in disaster recovery exercises.
• Associate's Degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Discipline/Major: A degree in Engineering is mandatory.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
