Senior System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate business requirements for regulatory and compliance initiatives while collaborating with internal stakeholders in English.

• Ensure alignment of tax calculations and fee or commission structures with stakeholders, maintaining precise calculations in project documentation.

• Draft Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), use cases, user stories, technical specifications, architectural visions, system integrations, and process diagrams.

• Clarify both technical and business aspects prior to the commencement of development activities.

• Identify essential data and reporting requirements for effective project implementation.

• Present research outcomes and PRDs to the development team during Product Backlog Refinement (PBR) sessions.

• Guarantee that engineering teams have a comprehensive understanding of the project context and requirements.

• Provide support throughout the project delivery lifecycle.

• Modify and enhance requirements as necessary during the development process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a System Analyst.

• Extensive experience in requirements gathering, system analysis, and solution design.

• Proven experience in analyzing and documenting system integrations and data flows.

• Strong overall knowledge of software architecture.

• Ability to comprehend how systems interconnect and where to locate specific data (no need for system design from the ground up).

• Experience in preparing PRDs, use cases, user stories, technical specifications, and process/system diagrams.

• Proficient in UML, BPMN, PlantUML/Miro, and other diagramming tools.

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and facilitating backlog refinement sessions.
