Senior Survey Programmer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise the initial coding of surveys, facilitate revisions, oversee data delivery, and ensure exceptional data quality throughout projects.

• Program and collaborate on survey updates promptly to meet or exceed timing expectations.

• Develop online surveys while maintaining the required quality and productivity standards.

• Program and validate survey logic.

• Conduct quality assurance for online surveys.

• Comply with project capabilities and fulfill client timing expectations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to grasp project requirements.

• Engage in client meetings to understand their needs.

• Proactively suggest alternative solutions to unfavorable designs or system constraints.

• Act as an information resource and provide continuous internal and external support.

• Keep communication open with all parties involved in projects.

• Participate in internal projects and initiatives as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience using Decipher or a comparable survey programming tool, such as Confirmit or Qualtrics.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport in team environments and establish credibility with colleagues and cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Capability to work independently while effectively communicating with other associates.

• Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

• Patience and expertise in troubleshooting issues or challenges.

• Experience in marketing research and project management is a plus.
