Senior Supply Chain Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist with inventory planning, sourcing coordination, and daily supply chain operations across various brands.

• Conduct research to identify potential suppliers and manufacturers that meet product specifications.

• Liaise with suppliers to discuss pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, and production schedules.

• Oversee inventory levels across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shops.

• Compile and present weekly reports on inventory and supply chain status.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or eCommerce-related positions.

• Familiarity with sourcing or supplier coordination.

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for effective tracking and reporting.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
