Senior Supply Chain Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Assist in inventory planning, sourcing coordination, and daily supply chain operations.

• Research and evaluate potential suppliers and manufacturers that meet product specifications.

• Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, samples, and production schedules.

• Facilitate supplier onboarding, maintain documentation, and track compliance.

• Oversee inventory levels across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shops.

• Keep inventory dashboards, trackers, and forecasting spreadsheets current and updated.

• Help with data entry, audits, and documentation throughout sourcing and supply chain processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or eCommerce-related positions.

• Familiarity with sourcing or supplier coordination.

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting purposes.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
