• Formulate Insight-Driven Influencer Strategies
• Convert client briefs into precise, actionable influencer strategies that resonate with business objectives and campaign KPIs.
• Create comprehensive plans that outline creator mix, targeting, flighting, and testing methodologies while harmonizing data-driven insights with creative, platform-specific concepts.
• Develop Strategic Plans that Enhance Performance
• Craft influencer programs that align brand goals with quantifiable outcomes.
• Identify potential areas for performance enhancement, efficiency improvement, and stronger campaign results.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Implement Strategies
• Work closely with sales, media, and execution teams to ensure strategies are practical and positioned for success.
• Align on audience targeting, amplification tactics, and campaign execution to deliver integrated, high-performing programs.
• Assist in Pitches and Client Engagements
• Contribute to the development of pitches by shaping strategic narratives and formulating clear, persuasive recommendations.
• Engage in client presentations, articulating strategy and addressing inquiries with assurance and clarity.
• Utilize Insights and Trends to Shape Strategy
• Stay updated on social trends, platform developments, and the dynamic creator landscape.
• Leverage data, research, and tools to extract insights, inform recommendations, and consistently enhance strategic methodologies.
• Direct Testing, Optimization, and Performance Enhancement
• Assist in defining testing frameworks and optimization strategies that improve campaign results over time.
• Evaluate performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations that refine creator selection, content direction, and overall strategy.
• Background in influencer marketing, social strategy, or digital marketing, with a robust comprehension of how influencer campaigns are conceptualized and executed (agency or brand experience preferred), ideally 3-5 years.
• Capability to transform briefs into clear, actionable strategies, emphasizing the alignment of creative concepts with business objectives and performance KPIs.
• Strong grasp of social platforms and creator ecosystems, encompassing trends, content formats, and factors that drive engagement across channels.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and convert insights into strategic recommendations and enhancements.
• Experience in developing strategic plans, including components like creator mix, targeting, testing frameworks, and campaign structure.
• Clear and assertive communication abilities, capable of presenting ideas, contributing to pitches, and collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork skills, with experience working cross-functionally with teams such as sales, media, and execution.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for social and creator trends, with a proactive approach to anticipating platform changes and new opportunities.
• A problem-solving attitude, comfortable navigating uncertainty and translating ideas into actionable plans.
