This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, qualify, and secure strategic partnerships across software, technology, banking, vertical SaaS, ISVs, ISOs, marketplaces, and related ecosystems.
• Take ownership of the entire partner lifecycle, starting from initial outreach and commercial assessment to the signing of agreements and the first live merchant opportunity.
• Lead enterprise sales discussions initiated through partners, managing discovery, solution design, commercial structuring, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop robust relationships with senior decision-makers, including founders, C-level executives, General Managers, and operational leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations to successfully bring complex deals to fruition.
• Maintain a solid pipeline, provide accurate forecasting, and offer clear market insights on where Viva.com can excel in the UK.
• Represent Viva.com in the market through events, networking, and partner-oriented activities that enhance credibility and facilitate opportunity flow.
• A demonstrated track record of establishing and closing strategic partnerships in the UK, preferably within payments, acquiring, fintech, enterprise SaaS, or a related commercial sector.
• Significant experience in securing enterprise direct sales opportunities and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Confidence in engaging with senior decision-makers and delivering compelling commercial presentations at the executive level.
• Strong commercial awareness of partnership models, pricing structures, and the broader acquiring or payments ecosystem.
• Understanding of the regulated payments landscape, including the significance of compliant and responsible selling practices.
• Excellent discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, and the capacity to work with a high level of ownership.
• A proactive, commercially-oriented mindset with the drive to create opportunities rather than waiting for them to arise.
• Experience in shaping route-to-market or partner strategies rather than merely executing predefined plans.
• Credibility in both partnership development and enterprise sales, with the capability to transition smoothly between strategic thought and practical execution.
• A robust network within the UK payments sector or adjacent software verticals and commercial ecosystems.
