Senior Strategic Finance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Generate insightful analyses to enhance decision-making by creating intricate financial models.

• Collaborate across various departments in a complex organizational structure to support essential business initiatives.

• Assess growth strategies, enhance performance, and facilitate the scalable implementation of Honest's core services.

• Develop and sustain comprehensive financial models for both current and potential risk contracts.

• Assist in the preparation of materials for the board and investors, including strategic evaluations, financial updates, and key performance indicators.

• Aid executive decision-making through scenario analysis, risk evaluations, and assessments of return on investment.

• Participate in strategic planning processes and long-term financial forecasting.

• Work alongside the Actuarial team to analyze claims data and monitor trends in medical loss ratios.

• Collaborate with leaders in business operations to evaluate performance against benchmarks and identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate finance, and/or corporate strategy within a high-achieving, fast-paced environment.

• Proven expertise in developing complex financial models to forecast business performance and project ROI/impact.

• Experience in creating presentation materials for executives and board members that convey financial insights and performance outcomes.

• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is preferred.

• Willingness to travel to Nashville, TN on occasion.
