Senior Strategic Consultant – AI Solutions, Automation & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Providing guidance and assistance to clients during their digital transformation journeys.

• Implementing and enhancing AI-powered Digital Workers within recruitment processes.

• Creating and overseeing scalable, transformative workflow designs.

• Delivering sophisticated reporting and dashboard solutions to evaluate performance, adoption rates, and business outcomes.

• Advising clients on necessary process and technology modifications.

• Serving as a knowledgeable and trusted consultant on AI, automation, and analytics-driven transformations.

• Leading the comprehensive delivery of Automation, Amplify, and Analytics projects.

• Deploying Digital Workers via Amplify to facilitate AI-driven tasks.

• Configuring and implementing Bullhorn Analytics solutions.

• Conducting technical feasibility evaluations for configuration requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7+ years of overall experience.

• Substantial direct experience in the staffing sector or complex SaaS implementations.

• Strong background in automation, AI, or analytics solutions.

• A proven track record of executing, configuring, and enhancing complex business processes.

• Experience in a role responsible for leading the implementation and setup of intricate business solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong abilities in stakeholder management and leadership.

• In-depth understanding of recruiter workflows and the client fulfillment cycle.

• Solid grasp of Change Management and User Adoption principles.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience, with a preference for business degrees.

• Relevant certifications in technology, analytics, or project management are advantageous.
