Senior Strategic Consultant – AI Solutions, Automation, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and assistance to customers as they undergo digital transformations using Bullhorn’s Automation, Amplify, and Analytics solutions.

• Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor on AI, automation, and analytics-driven transformation.

• Approach with a focus on outcomes, directing customers towards improvements in KPIs throughout workflows and reporting.

• Identify opportunities and offer advice on the implementation of Digital Workers in new areas to create business value.

• Oversee the complete delivery of Automation, Amplify, and Analytics implementation projects.

• Execute operational optimization projects aimed at refining current workflows and enhancing productivity.

• Work collaboratively with senior team members to ensure alignment on solution design and delivery methodologies.

• Address solution or configuration issues by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7+ years of overall experience, particularly with substantial direct involvement in the staffing industry or intricate SaaS implementations.

• Extensive experience with automation, AI, or analytics solutions.

• Proven success in executing, configuring, and optimizing complex business processes.

• Experience in a role responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of intricate business solutions within a specified architectural framework.

• Strong problem-solving skills across a variety of subjects, with a clear focus on achieving outcomes.

• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of recruiter workflows, client fulfillment cycles, and key business drivers within the staffing sector (preferred).

• Strong understanding of Business Process Optimization principles.

• Solid grasp of Change Management and User Adoption principles.
