This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide support to global pharmaceutical clients at a senior level.
• Specialize in studies related to oncology, gastrointestinal, neuroscience, or infectious diseases.
• Exhibit statistical expertise and provide scientific leadership.
• Engage in leadership and the development of personnel.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and governance standards are met.
• Demonstrate effective communication and influence.
• Possess a PhD or MSc in Biostatistics, statistics, or a related field.
• Have over 7 years of experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry, working as a Statistician.
• Accumulate over 7 years of experience with CDISC standards.
• Previous involvement in oncology studies is a plus.
• Familiarity with solid tumor efficacy quality control, including RECIST and time-to-event endpoints, is advantageous.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of statistical principles and the ability to perform statistical analyses (e.g., binary and continuous data analysis, handling missing data, etc.).
• Have prior experience in drafting and reviewing statistical or data management documents (advantageous).
• Good programming skills in SAS, while proficiency in R is beneficial.
• Capable of working independently, yet also a strong team collaborator.
