Senior Statistical Programmer I – Statistical Programming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Development and quality control of study specifications for SDTM datasets, along with statistical programming and quality assurance of SDTM datasets for Phase I-IV trials.

• Development and quality control of study specifications for ADaM datasets, in addition to statistical programming and quality assurance of ADaM datasets for Phase I-IV trials.

• Statistical programming and quality control of tables, listings, and figures for Phase I-IV trials.

• Accountable for the quality and timeliness of assigned statistical deliverables.

• As the Lead Statistical Programmer, primarily oversee all statistical programming tasks on assigned studies, including planning and coordinating activities for the statistical programming team members involved.

• Actively contribute to enhancements in departmental processes and procedures.

• Provide mentorship within the Statistical Programming team.

⛳️ Requirements

• BSc/BA or equivalent qualification in computer science, mathematics, statistics, life sciences, or related fields.

• Strong SAS programming abilities (BASE, MACRO, GRAPH).

• Comprehensive understanding of CDISC standards.

• Experience in statistical programming within the CRO Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/Biotechnology sectors.

• Background in statistical programming initiatives and process development.

• Knowledge and experience in database design and structures.

• Capability to perform all responsibilities as a statistical programming project team member independently.

• Ability to execute all responsibilities of Lead Statistical Programmer across multiple concurrent studies with minimal oversight.

• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial practices, procedures, and methodologies.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
