Senior Staff Technical Product Manager – Inbound Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulating strategy and overseeing the complete architecture, design governance, and execution for Oracle WMS inbound distribution processes.

• Collaborating closely with Product Management to transform vision into precise requirements.

• Aligning stakeholders including Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Product Owners, Developers, Operations, IT, and vendors.

• Steering delivery by balancing the introduction of new features, resolution of defects, and management of technical debt.

• Establishing scalable and maintainable solution patterns and standards throughout the entire lifecycle.

• Conducting interviews with customers and stakeholders to elaborate on personas.

• Managing the release and sprint backlogs for the short-term roadmap of MVPs and quarterly releases.

• Providing technical leadership to TPMs across the organization.

• Developing and executing test plans, and conducting CRP, SIT, and UAT.

• Independently overseeing new WMS site implementation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, OR an Associate's degree with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, OR a High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in implementing WMS functionalities.

• Over 8 years of experience in executing WMS functionalities such as Oracle Shipping, Wave Planning, Pick-pack-and-ship, Load Planning, Shipping documentation, Replenishment, Product Receiving (PO/IB Shipments), Putaway, Slotting, Cross docking, Labeling, etc.

• Technical Expertise: More than 8 years of experience in implementing WMS functionalities.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
