• Architect and manage the complete full-stack surfaces of the marketplace loop.

• Create the foundational user experience specifically tailored for agents.

• Facilitate cross-functional execution within Kong's engineering ecosystem.

• Lead architectural design evaluations and promote a culture of zero technical debt.

• Mentor engineers throughout the organization.

• Oversee the entire technical lifecycle comprehensively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering enterprise-grade production software.

• Mastery of a modern backend stack (such as Golang or comparable systems languages).

• Extensive practical experience in developing autonomous agent applications, tool-calling systems, prompt loops, or systems specifically designed for machine consumption.

• In-depth operational knowledge of multi-tenant architectures, usage-based metering pipelines, billing integration patterns, or secure data exchange layers.

• Excellent written communication and technical articulation abilities.
