• Act as the chief architect of the 'AI Development Factory,' a cohesive platform that enables developers to import data, curate training datasets, and launch enterprise-level AI models.
• Establish the strategic roadmap for comprehensive AI/ML lifecycles, ensuring our tools facilitate smooth, secure, and efficient model development.
• Lead the implementation of strong governance and safeguards to regulate model behavior and guarantee adherence to security policies.
• Develop and enhance platform observability layers to enable users to monitor performance and troubleshoot intricate multi-step workflows.
• Close the gap between raw data lakes and production-ready AI, ultimately delivering a world-class platform to our international clientele.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 8 years, or a PhD with 5 years in Product Management focused on AI/ML platform products.
• Proven experience in the AI/ML lifecycle, including model fine-tuning (SFT/RLHF), orchestration architectures, and data ingestion pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Experience in implementing security measures, compliance frameworks, and safeguards within AI or software development platforms.
• Established experience in developing or overseeing observability tools, tracing, or monitoring systems for distributed systems or ML models.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and managing large-scale data flows into AI-compatible formats.
