Senior Staff Product Designer, Firefly Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create systems and interfaces that enable creatives to utilize intelligent tools.

• Work alongside engineers and researchers to prototype and enhance new experiences.

• Develop internal tools that support creative teams or innovate new interaction patterns.

• Adopt a tinkerer’s mindset—experimenting, iterating, and learning through practical building.

• Utilize prototypes as tools for thought, advancing concepts through feedback and exploration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product, systems, or interaction design.

• Strong design skills combined with a systems-oriented approach and expertise in scalable automation.

• Experience in designing for AI-assisted or automated workflows.

• Technical proficiency with APIs, rendering pipelines, or creative scripting.

• Practical skills with prototyping tools (Figma, code, or low-fidelity mockups).

• Additional experience in creative automation, brand systems, or model-based workflows (image, video, motion) is a plus.

• A strong passion for accessibility, scalability, and inclusive design principles.
