Senior Staff Full Stack Engineer – Agentic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop AI-driven products that transform the way HR teams source, hire, and operate.

• Design, construct, and manage AI agents along with agentic workflows to expedite product delivery.

• Deliver features comprehensively, from gathering customer insights to producing a ready-to-use experience, utilizing AI-enhanced development.

• Rapidly prototype using coding co-pilots and agentic tools, validate with users, and refine based on real-world feedback.

• Design and advance systems to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability, with a focus on agent-assisted operations from the outset.

• Convert vague opportunities into actionable execution plans, ensuring measurable results.

• Enhance team productivity by disseminating agentic workflows, improving engineering practices, and setting higher standards for speed and quality across the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in software engineering, demonstrating growth in scope and responsibility.

• Extensive, hands-on proficiency with AI coding tools and agentic workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar). You are already adapting to this shift.

• Significant practical experience with TypeScript and Node.js in production settings.

• Proven ability to build and launch full-stack products in startup or zero-to-one environments with minimal oversight.

• A strong history of functioning as a Product Engineer, delivering features and products within teams lacking dedicated product managers.

• Experience in the design, deployment, and maintenance of agentic systems, multi-agent orchestration, or AI-native product workflows.

• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and functions to drive outcomes, while mentoring engineers and contributing to the organization's technical strategy.
