• Lead AI Innovation: Serve as the principal technical authority, investigating, assessing, and prototyping state-of-the-art solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and additional methodologies.

• Architect for Scalability: Create and develop robust, highly scalable, and economically efficient AI services and data processing frameworks.

• Address Practical AI Challenges: Resolve real-world production AI issues by devising advanced prompt engineering techniques and constructing fault-tolerant systems.

• Be a Catalyst for Growth: Function as a pivotal technical mentor and thought leader for our extensive engineering team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Extensive expertise (5+ years) in developing and scaling production-grade services using contemporary backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Spring Boot, or similar.

• Mastery in designing large-scale distributed systems, showcasing strong knowledge of asynchronous patterns, streaming, queuing, caching strategies, and comprehensive observability (logging, metrics, tracing).

• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to a varied audience.
