Senior Staff Engineer – Senior SAP FICO Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Configuring and supporting comprehensive FICO processes in SAP S/4HANA and Public Cloud.

• Designing and configuring SAP FI/CO R2R processes, which include general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting, bank accounting, and financial closing.

• Integrating R2R with cross-functional modules (MM, SD, CO) to cover specific workflows such as goods movements, markdowns, inventory valuation, and store operations.

• Preparing functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and R2R automation, while collaborating with technical teams throughout development and testing phases.

• Driving financial master data pertinent to R2R, including chart of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, GL mappings, and financial statement versions.

• Conducting and supporting unit, integration, and user acceptance testing for R2R processes, which involves defect analysis, resolution, and regression testing.

• Leading the analysis and design efforts within the SAP FI/CO domain, closely collaborating with clients' finance teams.

• Proficient in English with strong communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex financial concepts during demos and presales activities.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP FICO.

• Expertise in SAP FI.

• Strong knowledge of SAP CO.

• Capable in SAP FI-AP.

• Capable in SAP FI-AR.

• Good to Have Skills: Capable in SAP FI-FM (Funds Management).
