Senior Staff Engineer – Agentic AI, Enterprise Productivity

📋 Description

• Concentrate on various domains while providing technical and thought leadership to design, develop, and implement an enterprise application.

• Formulate and execute a technical software development strategy across multiple domains.

• Proven experience in building, integrating, or enhancing solutions across enterprise collaboration platforms such as Slack, Outlook, Zoom, SharePoint, and Copilot, with an emphasis on facilitating scalable automation and AI-driven workflows within practical systems.

• Responsible for ensuring the quality, usability, and performance of the solutions.

• Influence and educate stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Regularly share best practices and enhance processes within and between teams.

• Assess and support resource needs, evaluate operational workflows, measure outcomes to ensure intended results, and exhibit adaptability while endorsing continuous learning.

• Work alongside application teams and business partners to standardize file sharing methodologies. Collaborate with them to scale products from inception to implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• More than 8 years of experience in creating scalable 3-tier production applications reaching millions of users.

• At least 6 years of experience with open-source frameworks is preferred.

• Over 4 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and DevOps methodologies.

• Extensive hands-on experience in the design and development of complex multi-tier distributed systems.

• Proficient in at least two object-oriented programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, C++, etc.

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams and transitioning research into production.

• Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code principles.

• Comprehensive understanding of computer science data structures and algorithms.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
