This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Integrate Generative AI models, including LLMs, with external APIs, tools, and databases through secure and efficient orchestration techniques.
• Design, develop, and implement AI workflows and Agentic AI solutions, facilitating the seamless orchestration of intelligent agents to plan and execute tasks while utilizing autonomous and/or human-in-the-loop approaches.
• Implement and enhance multi-agent systems, utilizing standards and protocols such as Model Context Protocol (MCP), along with emerging frameworks for agent interoperability and access to external resources.
• Create evaluation frameworks, metrics, and checkpoints for agent autonomy, performance, and safety, ensuring adherence to moderation, security, and ethical standards.
• Assess, analyze, and extract insights from structured and unstructured data using Generative AI models and pipelines.
• Guarantee robust AI agent operations by applying observability, monitoring, and MLOps best practices, which support reliable deployment pipelines and continuous performance enhancement.
• Oversee AI model selection, fine-tuning, and performance validation to address specific agent-based application requirements.
• Effectively communicate intricate AI concepts, systems, and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust in AI delivery.
• Cultivate an atmosphere of innovation and collaboration, motivating teams to tackle complex challenges and share ideas that promote innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and scaling intricate AI systems, with substantial expertise in Generative AI, LLM architectures, and distributed systems.
• Strong foundation in software and platform architecture, with experience in designing API-driven, modular, and extensible systems.
• Profound understanding of orchestration patterns for LLMs, including tool-calling, RAG pipelines, memory systems, and agent coordination frameworks.
• Experience in architecting or implementing agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI, Google ADK, or similar.
• Extensive knowledge of data architecture for AI, encompassing embeddings, vector databases, chunking strategies, and retrieval optimization.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks and observability tools (e.g., RAGAS, OpenAI Eval, Arize, LangSmith, Braintrust), as well as defining system-level metrics.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and AI services (e.g., Vertex AI), focusing on scalable and secure deployments.
• Experience in designing systems with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization at scale.
• Strong comprehension of security, governance, and responsible AI practices in production environments.
• Ability to convert complex AI architectures into clear technical and business narratives for diverse stakeholders.
