AI Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Innovate and manage the AI capabilities that enhance reactive, proactive, and predictive customer support across all products and services.

• Examine customer challenges and risk patterns to integrate predictive and preventative AI functionalities directly into the support lifecycle.

• Spearhead the ideation, prototyping, and scaling of AI-driven solutions from Proof of Concept (PoC) to full production.

• Work closely with engineering, operations, product, and customer-facing teams to implement, optimize, and align solutions with business goals.

• Continuously assess new AI tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and data compliance.

• Serve as a mentor within a network of AI and technical experts, sharing best practices, lessons learned, and fostering value realization and adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in technical architecture, software engineering, or data science roles, with a strong emphasis on advanced technology implementations.

• In-depth expertise in AI, data science, and automation, with a demonstrated history of deploying and maintaining models in production settings.

• Proven experience in scaling AI solutions specifically within customer support, service operations, or customer success environments.

• Established ability to link business objectives with practical AI execution, continuously enhancing AI usage to optimize support delivery and transformation results.

• Strong aptitude for identifying AI-driven innovation opportunities, swiftly creating prototypes for next-generation solutions, and generating measurable business value.
