This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Deliver centralized, remote clinical triage assistance for all PCI clinics
• Utilize oncology nursing expertise and evidence-based triage protocols
• Evaluate patient-reported symptoms and concerns via telephone and authorized remote communication channels
• Assess urgency and offer guidance on self-care and symptom management
• Facilitate timely escalation to the relevant provider and care team
• Record assessments and interventions in the electronic health record
• Ensure continuity of care across various locations
• Enhance safe and efficient access to oncology services
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, or an Associate's degree in Nursing accompanied by 4 years of experience as a registered nurse
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire, or National Registered Nurse Compact License upon hire
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
• Licensure in all states where care is provided
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or another national infusion certification upon hire
• 5 years of experience in oncology nursing
• 3 years of triage experience preferred
• 2 years of ambulatory nursing experience preferred
