• Set and uphold call objectives for the designated geography with minimal guidance from the Area Sales Manager (ASM).
• Develop and finalize a territory business plan to ensure optimal activity levels.
• Craft effective call plans that outline who to engage, the frequency of contact, and the specific products to emphasize during each interaction.
• Utilize successful selling models and techniques that align with the current strategies established by Keenova.
• Keep a current database to record information from sales calls.
• A Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Experience in the Biopharmaceutical Industry is mandatory.
• B2B sales experience is required.
• Ability to comprehend technical issues related to medical, computer, and data analysis.
