Senior Specialist II, Managed Cloud Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for addressing inquiries and issues from hosted clients throughout the implementation and migration phases.

• Facilitate specialized collaboration between internal hosting implementation teams and technical leadership.

• Safeguard data, software, and hardware by coordinating and executing network security protocols.

• Oversee server performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize functionality.

• Manage the migration, restoration, and configuration of SQL databases across data centers.

• Engage in Disaster Recovery planning, testing, and implementation activities.

• Support project handover and guarantee a seamless transition from implementation to client success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in cloud-based computing.

• Proficiency in NextGen Healthcare Practice Management, Electronic Health Records, or other Practice Management systems and workflows.

• General experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in Acute or Ambulatory settings.

• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other cloud-based services.

• Experience in Project Management, preferably using Mavenlink.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

• AWS or equivalent cloud-based certification is desired.
